Step 1: Send Your Inquiry

  • Material or fabric preference

Step 2: Get a Quotation & Sampling

Once we receive your inquiry, our sales team will:

  • Review your requirements carefully
  • Provide a detailed quotation including product pricing, lead time, and shipping details
  • Offer sample production (if needed) so you can review quality before placing a bulk order

We believe in “seeing is believing” — so we encourage our clients to approve samples before mass production.

Step 3: Confirm Your Order

After the sample or quotation is approved:

  • We’ll issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for order confirmation
  • You’ll make the initial payment or deposit as agreed
  • Production will begin according to your approved design and specifications

Step 4: Production & Quality Check

During production, our quality control team ensures that:

  • Each piece meets your design and quality standards
  • Measurements, colors, and materials are accurate
  • Packaging and labeling follow your branding guidelines

You’ll receive regular production updates with pictures and timelines.

Step 5: Shipping & Delivery

Once your order passes final inspection:

  • We’ll arrange shipping via air or sea (based on your choice)
  • All export documents will be prepared (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.)
  • You’ll receive tracking details and estimated delivery time

We work with reliable international logistics partners for fast and safe delivery worldwide.

Payment Methods
